What are your fee structures?

We offer transparent engagement letters with fixed fees, retainers or hourly billing depending on the matter. We discuss this openly before any engagement.

Do you accept matters outside Lucknow?

Yes. We appear before High Courts and tribunals across India and brief leading counsel in jurisdictions where we do not maintain a regular presence.

Is communication with the firm privileged?

Yes. All communications are protected by attorney-client privilege under Indian law and handled with the strictest confidentiality.

Can NRIs and foreign clients engage the firm?

Absolutely. We routinely advise NRIs, foreign nationals and overseas entities on India-related disputes, regulatory and succession matters.

Do you handle urgent matters?
